“After my tempered glass patio table top shattered I began searching for a replacement. I contacted a few glass and plastics shops but they could not supply a finished product that would meet my all my specs (ie. thickness, tint, center hole diameter, cost, completion date).
I then called ACR Glass and spoke with Pierre Debreuil who has some of the best customer service skills of anyone I have ever dealt with. Although the bulk of ACR’s work is in the automotive glass sector, my rather small scale residential project was given immediate and expert attention. I received a quick verbal cost estimate over the phone and then a written cost estimate was provided an hour later. Of all the firms I contacted, ACR could meet all my specs and were the most competitive on price. Pierre agreed that having the table frame in the shop would ensure a more precise fitting. I brought the frame in and after the final go ahead, the work was completed as quoted within 10 days, which including the time required to send the glass out to be treated at a tempering plant. Upon delivery, the final product exceeded my expectations. ACR Glass will be my first choice for any future glass supply or replacement needs.”
