Shout out to ACR for great service received!My wife and I were on vacation, staying at a downtown hotel, when our vehicle window was smashed. The hotel called ACR first thing Monday morning and they got right to work. I drove to their shop and they had already ordered the replacement glass. In a short while, it was installed, cleaned-up and we were on our way. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

No hassle and easy to work with, had my car done in a couple hours.Speedy Glass did not seem to know how to replace my windshield and calibrate my Ioniq 5, wanting me to bring it in more than once to "figure out what we need to do"Dealership recommended ACR and it went perfect. Knowledge and super helpful folks. The cover for the sensors behind the windshield was rattling. Person at the front desk explained what could be causing the issue and had a tech guy come over who was able to provide a quick fix for the mean time at no cost! Thanks folks!

I have known, worked with, and referred glass jobs to the owners since they were at their original location on Moray.After hundreds of jobs, I have Never had an issue, or a complaint about the quality or the service.Definitely recommend.Dropped off my car at 7:30 and picked it up at 10:30 without issue.Thanks guys

They were perfect to work with. They are one of the very few places Jaguar sends their cars to. In fact they are the number 1 place they recommend and for good reason.They got me in fast and had the job done in e hours. They also gave me a 2024 Lexus RX 300 SUV as a courtesy car.My glass in my car has never been clearer.I highly recommend ACR Glass. The customer service is as great as their work.

Fantastic company, I can’t say enough about how great the customer service is here! We had to have our windshield replaced due to a stone hitting it. We dropped into A.C.R. and had an appointment within a day. They looked after contacting our insurance and the paperwork involved, we just had to pay the deductible directly to them upon completion.The morning of the repair we were given a courtesy car and they called us within a couple of hours to say that everything was done. Super nice staff too. Would highly recommend!

05/27/2024 Dropped into ACR to get piece of glass to replace a broken. I was there about 2:30. The place is very clean with friendly staff. When I asked for the estimate I advised them I was in no rush. The estimate was very reasonable and they said I could pickup the “Frame Picture “ the next day! On the 28th I had a call about 8:30 AM that it was ready to go! WOW, less than a 24 hour turnaround along with a BERY GOOD PRICE!Thank you ACR you are a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus!!

My car was broken into over the weekend and these guys were one of the only places open. We called and they got us in right away to put plastic on the broken window, and vacuum all the glass inside. They then got us in early this week and repaired the window promptly and at a great cost. Really friendly and very professional. You have a new returning costumer!

These guys are simply the best and I’ll give you a few reasons why. They are extremely easy to work with and get their work done fast but still maintain quality. An auto body shop belonging to a major dealership network recommended taking my windshield repair job to either ACR or another popular franchise network. It seems like a majority of shops are walking away from repair services and concentrating on windshield replacements.Based on Google reviews left by many satisfied customers I decided to take it to the ACR. It turned out to be a very superficial chip that did not require any repair, but it was nice to see the facilities and people behind this local business.

I used ACR to replace two windows from a vehicle break-in. One window was cracked and the other was completely broken, so they both needed replacement. The service I received was quick and they did a great job. Staff was friendly and professional. I also appreciated the communication in regards to when they expected the windows to be delivered and how long the replacement itself would take. I would definitely recommend ACR, and will be using them again in the future if needed.

Honestly, one of the most painless experiences I've ever had when having to have something done for my vehicles. Needed windshield replacements for 2 different vehicles, one with a bunch of sensors built-in, and both were replaced in the same week in less than half a day. Didn't have any disruption to my day as a courtesy car was offered free of charge each time. Highly recommend anyone looking to have glasswork done to go here and will be my go to from now on.Thanks so much to Craig and the team!

I've had a windshield and a back glass replacement done at this shop. Both repairs were perfect. Vehicle was clean and you couldn't tell anyone had been in it. Very happy , Craig and his team do great work and care about what they are doing .

Originally I made a claim for my cracked windshield through Speedy Glass, after Speedy replaced the windshield they let me know that they could no longer callibrate the Subaru Eyesight system. This system controls functions like cruise, lane departure etc. Speedy Glass told me I would have to take my car to a dealership to see if they could callibrate it. The dealership also couldn't callibrate the system and told me that I would need a whole new camera which would cost around $3000.Long story short, MPI told me that they could not hold Speedy Glass liable for the "broken camera" because it was their word against mine. As a last resort, I decided to check out ACR Glass to see if they could do anything for me. ACR told me know that it looked as though the camera lens was dirty. ACR was able to fix and callibrate my eyesight system. This is something that the Subaru dealership AND Speedy Glass (one of the largest chain windshield repair places) couldn't do !!!I will only ever bring my car to ACR for windshield needs, and I will tell everyone I know to do so as well.

New to Manitoba; I took my Honda Ridgeline in for a full windshield replacement. Best experience I've had getting my glass replaced and also half the price of anywhere else I could find in the city. I live in BC, but my parents live in Winnipeg. I bought them a new TV on line which was delivered and was too wide to fit on the cabinet they had. All they needed was a wider piece of tempered glass to replace the existing piece. Craig went above and beyond to deliver it and also install it. He took the tv down and installed the glass and then re-hooked up the tv. My Mom was thrilled! Fantastic service! Thank you!

Had them replace my windshield on my 86 Fiero. By far the best price in the city, most of the other quotes I got were "we really don't want to do it" prices.I had a few concerns with the initial install, because it's an older car it had a few differences from most current cars on the road, and the OEM moulding is discontinued. They were very quick to get back to me, and Dean made sure when I was next in that we went through everything together so that the end result was perfect.Extremely happy with the new windshield after it was redone. Will definitely be coming here if I need any glass repairs or replacements.

Our back glass damage wasn't covered by insurance so we were in a tough spot. ACR had the price compared all other places we had called, it helped me a lot. Amazing service, the back glass looked better than when we bought the car. They paid for my ride from the store to home and back to pick up the car. Their customer service is the best I've seen. Seriously, they're well deserving of all the 5 star reviews they get. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Called in this morning at 845am. I had an appointment with a local competitor for 830am this morning. I got to my appointment to find out it was forgotten about so I called around and got a hold of the owner Dean at ACR auto glass.I explained to him my situation and he ended up taking a car out of his bay to get me in super quick. Highly recommend taking your window and glass repairs to Dean, Pierre and the crew at ACR. There is a nice, clean and welcoming, atmosphere to wait while your repair is being done. They can do autopac claims without even having to go to an autopac shop, cause we all love dealing with autopac and know how long they take to setup and appointment.

I needed a windshield replaced on my RAM. Because it is a newer model it has the lane keep assist, that has some sort of dashboard camera behind the windshield, that needs to be adjusted after replacing the glass. They were knowledgeable and booked me in, and had everything organized to get it done flawlessly. They drove me to the Enterprise to pick up my rental (which they paid for), I barely spent more than 10 minutes in total in the store, including drop off and pick up. I was impressed and I recommend them. Great team.

I went here for a stone chip repair on a Saturday and the guy who was working was great, he was professional and courteous and got right to work after offering me coffee. Unfortunately my chip had spread and was not repairable, without me knowing until I left he even cleaned a spot on the inside of my windshield that another shop left pretty messy. I will be going back to have my windshield replaced as he explained their process and it seems very accommodating. I highly recommend them!

Thankful the ACR team were able to fill the crack in my windshield in less than 30 minutes. When I went up to pay for the work they had done Dean Foster said “You all have been through so much and there’s no need to pay us for the work that we’ve done today, the perks of owning your own business”. We got so overwhelmed by his thoughtfulness and generosity that we had tears in our eyes. I cannot say thank you enough for what you’ve done for our family as we’d been through a very difficult time with the tragic death of a loved one and also the damage done to our vehicle along the way home. Needed windshield replacement for my car. After a survey I did with other shops in the city they were the only one who had a windshield similar to mine in stock. I was sceptical at first cause there were not much reviews on them. But I spoke to their specialist over the phone and to the owner on site. Scheduled an appointment the day after! They replaced the windshield and did the whole OEM calibration for the sensors in less than 4 hours work! Seems they are very professional and friendly. I will definitely go back there if I will need to replace my windshield again (hopefully not haha). Highly recommended!
